About
I'm Dan Stoll.
I've spent 15+ years in the space between technology and the people who need to use it. Partner enablement. Technical marketing. Automation. Program development. The common thread: making complex things work for real people at scale.
I've built global partner programs from scratch, led enablement across four regions, created technical content that drives pipeline, and automated workflows that replaced entire consulting engagements. I've navigated acquisitions, PE transitions, and the kind of organisational ambiguity that makes most people freeze. I just build through it.
I'm not a specialist—I'm a generalist who goes deep. I think that's an asset when the problems worth solving don't fit neatly into one job description.
Before tech, I served in Australia's Special Air Service Regiment as a communications specialist. That's where I learned to operate in uncertainty and deliver anyway.
This site is where I write about partner ecosystems, technical go-to-market, automation, and AI in practice—from someone who's still doing the work, not just advising on it.
How I Work
Operate in Uncertainty
Former SASR. I learned to deliver in ambiguity long before I learned to code. When direction is unclear, I build through it.
Scale Through Partners
I've built global partner programs across APAC, Americas, EMEA, and MENA. Scaling through ecosystems is where I live.
Automate the Expensive Stuff
I replaced a $50K consulting engagement with an afternoon and Claude. If it can be automated, it probably should be.
Generalist Who Goes Deep
The problems worth solving don't fit neatly into one job description. I go wide to find the problem, then deep to fix it.
